Shipping

Amsterdam Flames is a global community. We currently ship to a selection of countries, which you can view at checkout.

If you’re keen to get your hands on something but we don’t currently ship to your country, get in touch with us. We’d love to hear from you and can consider your location when expanding our shipping routes and markets.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout and may vary. Dispatch and delivery times can also vary, with estimated delivery timeframes shown at checkout.

For pre-order items, your order will be shipped once stock has arrived at our fulfilment centre. Please note that dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on seasonality, demand and other factors.

As soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the country of dispatch, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are payable by the recipient at checkout.

These charges are calculated automatically by Shopify based on the items in your cart and your shipping destination.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email tech@amsterdamflames.com with your order number and we will chase it down with the carrier.

 

 

 

Membership Terms 

What Fire Starter membership is

Fire Starter is an annual paid membership of Amsterdam Flames, priced at USD 10 per year. It gives access to a set of member benefits, which currently include member-only product drops and first access, a member discount, the members' newsletter, and member moments through the season.

Membership is a service and a relationship with the club, not the purchase of any specific product. The benefits included may develop and change over time, and we will always aim to make membership worth more than you pay for it.

Billing 

Membership runs for 12 months from the date you joined.

Your right to cancel

If you are in the EU or another region with a statutory cooling-off period, you have 14 days to cancel your membership. Because membership benefits are available to you immediately, we ask you to acknowledge at checkout that your membership starts straight away. Where you have not used any member benefit, we will refund you in full within the cooling-off period.

Changes, conduct, data and law

We may update membership benefits and these terms from time to time at our discretion, and will tell you about any material change. We ask members to be part of a welcoming community and to treat other members, players and staff with respect. We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by applicable laws and your mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.
